Here is what this is about.

Manel is working with AdapttoAI to reduce the manual load on the engineering team. The second module focuses on product matching: building a product intelligence system on top of Aronlight's full catalog so that competitor-to-Aronlight matching requests no longer require days of manual cross-referencing. The engineering team stays focused on technically complex work — the routine backlog gets handled automatically.

What we need from you to move forward
  • The complete product catalog in digital format — an Odoo export or datasheets work equally well
  • A walkthrough of the current matching process — screen recording preferred, one simple and one complex example
  • 3–5 sample matching requests with outputs — competitor specs in, Aronlight equivalents out
  • Three working sessions of 1 hour each — process review, first demo, and pre-pilot refinement

Distributors and the sales team constantly need help matching competitor proposals to Aronlight equivalents. Simple requests pile up in the back office. Complex ones — a hospital project with 200+ line items — go to the engineering team and can take days to complete.
