Manel is working with AdapttoAI to reduce the manual work that goes into generating proposals every week. The first module focuses on the sales proposal process: automating the routine proposals and pre-populating the complex ones, directly inside Odoo. No new tool for the team to learn — faster proposals, less back-office.
Every invoice at Aronlight requires a proposal first — it is an Odoo hard requirement. With 700 proposals per week, the sales team spends more time generating documents than selling.
Routine proposals are fast individually but add up across the team. Complex proposals (60–100/week) involve custom pricing, technical specs, and often sit in a queue waiting for attention. Lost time means lost deals.
We build a proposal generation system integrated directly with Odoo. The sales team keeps working exactly as they do today — but the heavy lifting is done for them before they even open the screen.

This is what we need from you before we can begin. Everything else is on us.
Ideally a short screen recording (Loom works well) showing the full flow — from a distributor request arriving (WhatsApp, email, or call) through to a finished proposal in Odoo. We want to see the Odoo screens, any internal documents used, and where the process slows down. 10–15 minutes is enough.
A mix: 3–5 routine and 3–5 complex. This is how we understand the format, data fields, pricing logic, and how much the cases vary from each other. Anonymized is fine.
Session 1: We walk through the samples together and you explain the judgment calls — edge cases, exceptions, what makes a proposal correct versus incorrect. Session 2: We demo the first version and refine based on your feedback.
