Here is what this is about.

Manel is working with AdapttoAI to reduce the manual work that goes into generating proposals every week. The first module focuses on the sales proposal process: automating the routine proposals and pre-populating the complex ones, directly inside Odoo. No new tool for the team to learn — faster proposals, less back-office.

What we need from you to move forward
  • A short walkthrough of how a proposal goes from request to Odoo — screen recording preferred, 10–15 min
  • 5–10 sample proposals — a mix of simple and complex, anonymized is fine
  • Two working sessions of 1 hour each — one to review the samples, one to validate the first version

700 proposals a week. All manual. All required before invoicing.

Every invoice at Aronlight requires a proposal first — it is an Odoo hard requirement. With 700 proposals per week, the sales team spends more time generating documents than selling.

Routine proposals are fast individually but add up across the team. Complex proposals (60–100/week) involve custom pricing, technical specs, and often sit in a queue waiting for attention. Lost time means lost deals.

The proposal is drafted before the salesperson opens Odoo.

We build a proposal generation system integrated directly with Odoo. The sales team keeps working exactly as they do today — but the heavy lifting is done for them before they even open the screen.

Four phases. First results in 4–6 weeks.

Working sessions to document the current process, edge cases, and what a correct proposal looks like.

Phase 2 — Weeks 2–6
Build

Development with weekly demos. You see it working with real Aronlight proposals before it goes live.

Pilot

Small group uses it in production. Feedback, fixes, iteration before full rollout.

Phase 4 — Weeks 8–10
Roll Out

Full deployment, training, documentation, and 30 days post-rollout support.
